What information this website gathers, how it is used, and what is not collected or shared. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, your health description, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term length. These responses are passed to the carriers' quote system to generate rates and are not saved here. No name, address, phone, or email is requested for quotes. Identical repeat requests may be answered from a temporary cache rather than re-querying the carriers.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your answers prefill a secure application run by the carriers' own system, and you will follow their privacy terms from that point. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages the application process.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, a subject, and your message. It goes straight to the agency by email using your address as the return address. This site does not retain messages, maintain a submission database, or log content. A brief anti-spam verification runs in your browser before the form submits.

Measurement

Page visits on this site are counted using first-party, cookie-free analytics hosted on the same domain. No cookies or persistent identifiers are created; your IP address is truncated before storage; query strings from referral pages are stripped; raw logs are removed after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are not tracked.

What we do not do

Your information is not sold, shared, or used for ad targeting, and no third-party analytics are loaded. The only outside code on this site is the carriers' application interface on the application page, and it loads only when you visit that page.
